Mandy Voices UK

Well I promised you an update on the farce that is Mandy Voices.

I contacted the CEO of the company Philip Large who has not done me the courtesy of a reply.

This comes as no surprise, as it seems the company doesn’t really care about customer satisfaction so long as they get their subscriptions. Shame on you Mandy, for your incompetence, inefficiency and complete indifference to customer complaints.

As far as I’m concerned they owe me a month’s subscription, and compensation for many jobs I could have applied for in that month, although from the feedback I have received so far I wonder just how many of their customers actually get any work from their site. The last time I looked it was full of VoiceOver work for a lot of foreign languages!

I will have nothing more to do with them, and I advise all my friends and VoiceOver students to do the same. A truly awful company that do not deserve your custom.
